Warranty Policy
WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- The warranty period will be as per the terms indicated next to each item. If no warranty period is explicitly mentioned, no warranty will be applicable.
- Warranty on these items is provided by the respective manufacturers or their agents, as per the terms set by the manufacturer only.
- Warranty on these items apply for “carry-in service” (i.e. all items should be brought in to a Redline Technologies service center for warranty/service claims).
- A specific warranty processing period is not guaranteed; however, we will try to facilitate replacement parts at the earliest time to ensure your satisfaction/ business continuity.
- Manufacturers (and their agents) reserve the right to replace/ refund/ repair or replace a faulty product with a different model.
- Warranty does not apply for physical damage (includes burn marks, corrosion, pin damage, scratches, spilt liquids etc) or force majeure events.
- Warranty applies only when items are used specifically for their intended purpose, to be determined by the manufacturer (e.g. If a gaming graphics card fails during crypto coin mining, regular warranty may not be applicable).
- If the serial number sticker on the physical product is missing and/or is damaged, the manufacturers reserve the right to reject warranty.
- Warranty for product accessories (e.g. laptop batteries/ power adapters and cables etc.) may carry different warranty to the core product, as specified by the manufacturer.
- Redline Tech Holdings (Pvt) Ltd will not be held liable for any loss of data, loss of revenue or disruptions to business or personal matters caused by hardware failure.
